Oro di Milas olive oil beside roasted potatoes and zucchini on a stone table
Roasted potatoes and zucchini, finished with the oil.

On the plate.

Green, grassy, with a clean pepper finish; it works particularly well as a finishing oil.

  • Crudo a few drops, last
  • Dressings & vinaigrettes raw, where the pepper shows
  • Vegetables finished as they leave the kitchen
  • Bread service poured to order
  • Marinades and a gentle sauté

Best raw, for finishing and over low heat: tomatoes, bread and cooked vegetables, just before serving. Keep bottles cool and out of direct light, and an open bottle capped.
